The best way to get updates and information is using our Whereabouts app. You can get photos, news and events reminders. Additionally, you can schedule an early pickup, a late drop-off or an absence. For more information on the app, visit ck.camp/whereabouts/.
Additionally each week you will receive our newsletter, The Kinneret Highlights via email. Copies will also be available online each week. You can find them here. We’ll also send reminder emails when important things are coming up.
Please let us know if your camper will be absent from camp. You can call the office or use our Whereabouts app!.
Please let us know ahead of time by giving our office a call so that we can update our daily transportation records. If you (or someone you have authorized) is picking up your camper, remember that we require a photo ID when signing campers out.
Campers will have a chance to tie dye at Arts & Crafts once per session. They should bring their own (labeled!) white T-shirt from home. Many campers like to dye their Camp Kinneret shirts! The Camp Kinneret Highlights will let you know when to send your T-shirt. For information about how to care for your camper’s tie dye project, click here.
Important Resources During The Summer
While camp is in session, families often have questions or are looking for information. Below are a few links to some key information.
Before & After The Summer
Summer 2027 will be here before we know it!
A few things to know about re-applying for next summer:
- All returning families will be sent re-application information at the end of 2025.
- Returning family priority enrollment begins online at 9 AM in early January. The returning family priority enrollment period lasts until January 31, and provides returning families with the opportunity to have their applications processed before we start processing new family applications.
- For new and returning families alike, applying early offers you the best chance of receiving your first-choice day combination and bus stop.
- If your family experiences any changes during the off-season (new medical needs, changed family status, emerging or evolving behaviors, etc.), feel free to give us a call to set your child up for a successful summer!
