Below is some basic information about our program and the application process.
Here are some helpful tips that will allow you to have all of the information that you need to
apply on line. Though it is not necessary, if you would prefer to print these tips, click here to
download a pdf version.

When you begin the on line application, you will be asked for the following two items:
* Username: This is your email address
* Password: Passwords must be 5-10 characters in length and are case sensitive.

Where Will Your Camper Meet The Camp Bus?
Know your preferred bus stop location in advance. If you are uncertain, click here for a list of bus stops. If you are concerned about your camper taking one of the camp buses, please call our office and speak with one of our directors: (818) 706 - 8255.
What Session And Day Combination?
Know which session and day combination is your first choice for enrollment. Also consider what
alternate day combination you might be willing to consider if your first choice is full at the time
that we process your application. The application will require that you provide an alternate;
however, we never enroll campers in their alternate days unless we speak to their parents first
to inform them that their first choice is not available. Additionally, you can be placed on a
waiting list for your first choice day combination while you are enrolled in that alternate
combination. Being enrolled in an alternate combination will in no way affect your place on
the wait list.
Available day combinations include:
2 days/week - Tues. Thurs.
3 days/week - Mon. Wed. Fri.
3 days/week - Mon. Tues. Thurs.
3 days/week - Tues. Wed. Thurs.
3 days/week - Tues. Thurs. Fri.
4 days/week - Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs.
4 days/week - Mon. Tues. Thurs. Fri.
4 days/week - Tues. Wed. Thurs. Fri.
5 days/week - Monday - Friday

What Are The Camp's Enrollment Policies?
We take our responsibility for your children very seriously. During the application process you'll
be asked to acknowledge that you have read and agree to our camp policies. If you receive
a brochure in the mail, these policies will be included in your packet. Alternately, you may
choose to read them on line as you complete the application and can print a hard copy after
submitting your application.
Tip #4: How Do I Learn About Absences, Makeups And Other Details About Camp Kinneret?

The DVD brochure envelope that is mailed to new inquiry families includes a copy of the policies. As you complete the on line application, you may choose to read them on line and can print a hard copy after submitting your application. Please take the time to read our policies before submitting an application, they are full of important information we want you to know!
How Can I Pay For Camp?
At the end of the application process, you will be asked to provide your credit card
information to submit your deposit. Please have your Visa or MC card available.
- Please note that we do not process your credit card until such time as your camper is
confirmed into a space in camp.
- If you would like to take advantage of the 3% cash/check discounted rates, simply submit
your application with the credit card information, then mail us a check for the deposit amount
within 7 days. No credit cards are charged prior to 7 days unless you speak with us directly.
- If you would like to spread your payments over several months, please visit campkinneret.com/payment.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
All new camp families may receive a full refund for any reason until May 1st. With limited
space available, we recognize that most new families apply to Camp Kinneret without ever
having visited us. We hope that all new families will come to one of our Open Houses in March
or April. We have intentionally selected May 1st as the refund deadline to provide you with the
assurance that you can visit before the deadline.
How Do Discounts And Credits Work With The Online Application?
Due to limitations of the on line portion of the application process, you will not see the
following discounts or credits on line. However, all applicable credits and discounts will be
applied to your family account when your application is processed in the camp office. An
updated statement reflecting applicable credits will be forwarded to you at that time.
- Additional Child Discounts: A 2nd child enrolling from the same family receives a discount of
approximately 5%. A 3rd child receives a discount of approximately 10%.
- July 4th Credit: Campers whose enrollment includes July 4th will receive a credit of $99.50 for
that day.
- Cash/Check discounted rate will be applied by our office staff once we receive your deposit check.
